DMX in jail…..again!
According to E! Online, DMX has landed himself in jail….again! I know what you’re thinking…”what else is new?” This time, he was arrested for admitting to non-compliance with the several of the rules of his probation. Namely, the rule that states he should steer clear of illicit drugs.
The troubled emcee told his probation officer that he had been using cocaine among other things he was not supposed to be doing and they expressly locked him up in a Phoenix, Arizona jail….again.
DMX, whose real name is Earl Simmons, just served over 3 months in 2009 for animal cruelty, theft, and narcotics possession charges. Then, while he was locked up during that stint he plead guilty to throwing a food tray at a guard which allowed him to avoid further jail time. During that visit he spoke with MyFoxPhoenix and vowed he would never come back to the city again.
Hopefully, he can get himself some help. I see a spot on ‘Celebrity Rehab’ in Dark Man X’s future.
